  1. About Us
    • In this Privacy Policy, references to “we” or “us” are to refer to the Danielle White and Pentony O’Hagan Partnership trading as T3 Education. Registered to 28 Woodland Road, Loughton, IG10 1HJ.
  1. Payments & Application
  • All payments for our courses are processed by secure third party intermediaries. Payments are made via Stripe.
  • Stripe is a secure online payments engine. Please see the Stripe web link below of their privacy policy https://stripe.com/gb/privacy 
  • Once your payment has been authorised you will be sent the course application form to complete. On completion of the form you will formally registered for the selected course and granted access to the online content.
  • The Danielle White and Pentony O’Hagan Partnership reserve the right to reject any application and will do so in writing within 7 days of application and will refund any payment made in the case of your application being rejected.
  1. Refunds
  • If you have paid for a course/event and you have not been able to attend with good reason AND you have informed us in good time as outlined below, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment.
  • We will firstly ask you to defer your attendance and attach the amount paid to a later course or event.
  • If you start a course and decide/cannot complete the course then you can defer to another course – see Deferrals section below.
  • If you cancel any course within 6 weeks of the course starting date but have yet to commence the course on a live teaching weekend then you will be refunded what you have paid excluding £200 for administration. Cancellation prior to the 6 weeks then a full refund will be issued.
  • If you have paid a deposit for the Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and for any reason you are not able to join the course and would like a refund on your deposit, you can obtain a 100% refund up to 8 weeks before the course is due to start. If after we have sent the joining instructions, you decide you are unable to begin the course, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 6 weeks or less notice the deposit is non-refundable.
  • In the case of the Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy if you decide not to complete or defer the course then you will liable to pay for the course on a pro-rata basis e.g. if you have attended 50% of the course you must pay for 50% of the course. If you have attend one weekend i.e. 20% of the course than you must pay for 20% of the course.
  • Online access will be revoked for all cancellations.
  1. Deferral & Resits
  • You may defer your purchased course one time only. If you have not started your course and it is greater than 6 weeks prior to the course starting then there is a £50 admin charge to move you to another course.
  • If you have already started your course or it is within 6 weeks of the course start date and want to defer there is a £250 charge to change course.
  • If you fail any part of your assessment for this course you will need to arrange for a resit with one of the lead tutors at a cost of £60 per hour.  Typically a resit is 2 hours and costs £120.
  • Private tutorials can also be arranged with one of the course tutors at a cost of £60 per hour.
  1. Medical Screening Form
  • On the first day of your course you will be asked to complete a Medical Screening form to assess your suitability for receiving hands on treatment not for your ability to learn/practice the techniques taught.
  • You must answer this form completely and honestly to ensure that your health is considered fully and that you are able to receive treatment safely.
  1. Online Access
  • Once you have setup a payment plan for your course, payment has been authorised and application form has been complete and approved you will receive your online log in.
  • Your online log in is for your personal use only. This login cannot and must not be shared with others.  Sharing of online log in is theft of intellectual property and will be treated as such.

  • Your data and the privacy of your data are extremely important to us. To that end we have created a separate Privacy Policy.  Please see this Policy on the Privacy Tab on our website.
