Danielle White (Director)

Danielle has been working in the health and wellness industry for the last 12 years, specialising in soft tissue therapy in the last six years. As a lecturer since 2014 she has developed a passion for supporting students achieve their qualifications and business goals. Danielle has a keen interest in the relationship with movement, the brain and pain and leads on the Sports Massage, Kinesiology Taping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy Courses.

Pentony O'Hagan (Director)

After 10 years working in the City, Pentony retrained as a sports massage therapist and never looked back.  Helping people move and feel better brings her joy.  Showing others how great soft tissue work can be life changing for people, even more so.  Pentony has a keen interest in sport and the role soft tissue work can play in performance improvement and injury prevention and leads on the Sports Massage, Kinesiology Taping and Core Fascia I Intensive courses.

Paraic McKeever

Paraic is a chartered Physiotherapist working in the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. He has always had a passion for health and exercise leading him to additional qualifications including a BSc in Health & Physical Activity, Sports Massage and Personal Training. Paraic is an advocate of a client centred and goal directed approach integrating exercise, education and manual therapy. When he is not working you are likely to find him watching Gaelic football or helping the local clubs out with manual therapy.

Jo Warboys

Jo started out her career in the City in a number of management roles.  Planning her family made her realise a change in career would help her balance her work goals with her family goals and her career as a sports massage therapist was born alongside her 2 wonderful children.  She has a focused client base of pre and post natal women and also a specialism in working with scars to get women feeling and moving better using a goal based approach to her treatments. When she is not working she is making us all laugh with her sharp wit and comic timing.

Sue Tyler

Having worked in medical publishing for over 20 years as a medical artist on books from basic anatomy to highly complex medical titles Sues fascination with the human body has never dulled. Sue qualified as a sports massage therapist to take pursue her passion and develop a deeper understanding of the body. Since then Sue has set up 2 successful clinics and is constantly working with her multi-disciplinary teams to help keep the people of North London feeling and moving better.
